Who should you include in comms? Who has the influence, who is your target? Who is interested but doesn't have much influence? Need capex? Need support? Need resource for an important piece of work? Use the stakeholder analysis to figure out who you need to pitch to.

Porters 5 Forces

Threat of new entrants into your market? Innovation on the horizon? Who has the power in your relationships? Supplier or buyer? Can someone substitute your products easily? Track external factors that may reduce your revenue.

PESTLE

What risk factors are prominent with your suppliers?

Political unrest in the country of origin? Do you know if the CEO asked? Do you know any environmental factors for specific countries you source from? What technology could you use to improve processes and costs? Any legal issues in countries you purchase from? Run a quick PESTLE analysis, you will be surprised what you find.
